There are two options to choose from: you can either top up your account by transferring funds from another UK financial institution or with cash at any post office branch in the UK.
From another UK financial institution
To find your Amaiz account details, navigate to the Home 🏠 screen, tap on the three dots ••• next to your account balance and select Account settings; alternatively, sign in to the Amaiz web app and click Account settings
Tap on any cell to copy the data or send the details to anyone by tapping the "Share" button in the upper-right corner
Use your sort code and account number to transfer your funds from any UK bank account
Keep in mind that FasterPayments transfers may take a few hours to complete. In some cases, it may take up to one business day, depending on the other bank. Once the funds are credited to your balance, you'll receive a push notification.
At a post office branch
You can top up your account with cash at any post office branch in the UK.
Go to the nearest branch, hand over your Amaiz card and the money, and request a top-up
The funds will be credited to your account within one business day
In an unlikely event anything goes wrong, we recommend keeping the receipt until the funds arrive. A push notification will be sent once the funds are credited.
