In the Amaiz app, you can view all the Direct Debits you set up to your account and cancel any one of them if you no longer use the provider.
To access the list of your Direct Debits, navigate to "Events"
Tap "See all" to open the full list; they will be sorted by their status, starting with the active ones
Next tap the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel; you'll see a detailed description of the Direct Debit
Tap "Cancel" and confirm you'd like to proceed
The status of the Direct Debit will change to "Cancelled". You'll still be able to view the details.
In case you believe you've been charged erroneously, reach out to the provider and request a refund. In case they fail to respond, contact our Customer Care team by tapping the "Chat" button. Under the Direct Debit Guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund of the payment, and we'll be more than happy to arrange this for you.
